All items I handcrafted have a warranty like you wouldn't believe. BUT, it is only good if the item is taken care of. Nothing I make is child proof, except the items I create for children! I do not take responsibility for those going through the washing machine and/or dryer, or if your little sweety gets a stain on it, or she rips a seam out, all my seams are double back stitched. I do not give refunds because you changed your mind. It takes alot of hours to construct my products to take a return because someone changed their mind. Please take the time to order the swatches, only $6, and you get $5 back when you order a Victorian Decor product using our fabrics. Custom orders ONLY are charged a stocking fee of 50%. Not cheap, is it? An expensive way to learn manners. You should know by this page that we have the best prices, service and products on the market. I have eaten postage, put up with rude customers and still stuck extra goodies in their box, and never heard if they received an order, I will take a certain amount of abuse then I have to put my foot down. All returns, for whatever reason MUST be within 30 days, because of the Tax Commission issues and regulations concerning sales tax, and gross profit in Oklahoma and returns are authorized by me first. If you paid sales tax on a product, you may or may not get it refunded. I must have it paid by the 15th of the following month in which I collected it. So if you purchased an item the 30th of October, and wished to return the product on the 20th of November, well that sales tax you paid on the 30th of October was sent to the Tax Commission on November 15, so it would be impossible to get it back from the Tax Commission, and I cannot remove it from the Corporation funds twice. This would only pertain to customers in Oklahoma. Like I have mentioned before in other places, never just return any item, or you will not get ANY refunds, you see, when you receive that return sheet to fill out, you will be refunded not only the cost of the item, but the postage it will cost you to return the item, look on the original box for the shipping cost, and the cost you originally paid to get the item shipped to you. If your original order total was $100 or more, you paid no postage to receive any part of the order, so there would be nothing for us to refund you on shipping there, but you would receive a refund on what it cost you to send the item back to us, IF YOU SEND A PHOTOCOPY OF THE RECEIPT, CONTAINING THE DESCRIPTION OF THE BOX, WHAT THE COST WAS, AND A LEGIBLE SIGNATURE OF THE POSTAL CLERK, IF THE PRICE IS NOT PRINTED ON THE POSTAGE LABEL.
